Used this through google home, it suddenly stopped working about a week ago and I cant use it since. Hope it will start working again, but I have a bad feeling it is off for good, no replies here or anywhere else from Chacon. EDIT... It's back, I sent an email to the customer support and they told me they were having issues, but they were fixing it. 2 days later it was working again.
Had a problem and wasn't able to log in. Support fixed quickly.

The application is down , i cant connect, it have been working the last 2 months

Why do you make me redo this every year? The app no longer works, and there's no twice about what to do!!!!
Not working anymore.. The app keeps returning a request timed out message. Can't connect to the app and can't get the devices to work. Email sent to the dev team, let's hope for an answer.
App is not stable at all.
